I have never thought before how important is the Finance Broker’s skills and business attitude towards to get a home loan. I only became aware of during the progress that without Thomas’s effort I probably could not have achieved the contract and financial deadlines on my own. He was the most important person between the bank and me. He was absolutely smart and top of the process. He knew the regulations and always provided me with the best possible advice. He always picked up the phone in 99% of the time and he always returned my missed calls asap. Thomas has always answered all my questions and never left anything unanswered.
Knowledge has limited value if it does not translate into energy and Thomas always went for the extra mile with extra energy. He knows how to accomplish deadlines and how to negotiate for your best interest. 3 years ago when I met Thomas we were only talking about my dream house and the necessary steps for getting a home loan. After we met the years just gone by with saving and saving and saving when one day I woke up and started making phone calls to banks and brokers. I have to admit that in a blind moment I forgot about Thomas and I made several appointments with banks wondering about home loans and conditions of the loans. Right after these appointments Thomas just popped into my messenger and asked how I am and how is my savings going? I must tell you that I had 5 (five!!) printed home loan offers from different banks by that time. On the following days me and Thomas had several conversations and guess who gave me the best rates and conditions???? I am sure you know the answer by know. It was Thomas who presented the best offer, best rates, best conditions comparing to five other existing offers. It was unbelievable!!
Thomas has also convinced me that having a pre-approval prior to an offer is always a great position. So we started working on my pre-approval and at the meantime I was looking at open homes on Saturdays and Sundays. One month later everything became real. My third offer had been accepted and Thomas has started working really hard to complete the contract and submit the unconditional approval and manage the settlement. After the approval we had few days to breath but closer to the settlement we had to roll up again. Guys, let me tell you, on the day of settlement Thomas used nearly every minute of his time with making phone calls and sending emails to the bank and conveyancer all day long. He called me every hour and two and sent copies of the correspondence too. And we made it!!. He made it!!
So I recommend you guys, do not hesitate to contact Thomas and talk to him about your dream house. Have a chat about the steps because he is the best!!! There is nothing more I can say Thomas, Thank You so much!! I’ll catch you at the re-finance.
